“I think trials is the perfect way to get started in off-road riding. The skills you can gain in this area will transfer to any kind of cycling that you might pursue further down the line. Fitness training is something that is better focused on when you're a little older, and it's a lot easier to do that if you already have the technical skills in place for good bike handling. It's also a great way to meet like minded girls who are looking for a community within cycling as well. Progressing a skill is always more fun in good company!"
